Jay and Lisa get Hitched Part 1

We have been engaged for 8 months and with Lisa in school full time it was starting to look like that wouldn't change for another 2 years.  When we started to plan for the big day we realized that we didn't really want to wait that long to be husband and wife.  We did some research and figured out that there was actually a week in December that we could do it and still have time for a short honeymoon before Christmas.  After clearing it with the parents we decided to get married here at home by a local justice of the peace and have a huge wedding and party after graduation.  We got our marriage license and the rings and picked December 20th, 2004 as the date.  It snowed the night before and we went to a local park for the ceremony.  Our neighbor was nice enough to take a few pictures for us in the 12 degree weather.  Enjoy the pictures and we'll see you all at Part 2 in 2006!!!

It was a little cold to not wear gloves, we had to take them off to put on the rings

It was perfect that it snowed the night before and cleared up just in time

The sun was really bright and the pictures came out great

My Mom made us a great basket of goodies including this great little cake and a bottle of champagne

This was our Part 1 honeymoon in North Conway, NH, a little mountain town, Part 2 will be more tropical
